Affymetrix Microarray

The Center for Genome Research and Biocomputing (CGRB) Core Laboratories offer Affymetrix GeneChip Services. We currently run Affymetrix's expression arrays, but have the capacity to expand to run their tiling, exon and genotyping arrays. The Affymetrix GeneChip® system consists of a GeneChip® Scanner 3000, Affymetrix GeneChip® Fluidics Station 450, and Affymetrix GeneChip® Hybridization Oven 640.

The flow chart shows the process of an expression array experiment.   The orange bubbles are services we offer or points of consultation with us. The white bubbles are primarily the researcher's responsibility.
