Sample Submission for RNA Analysis

Concentration of 100 - 500 ng/µl suspended in water.

Supply 2-3 µl in 0.2-0.5 ml tubes

1µl of RNA loaded on the bioanalyzer

The chips can run up to 12 samples.

Bring your samples to ALS 3012. Put your samples in a box with a slip containing your name, your PI's name, and date. Samples go in our -80 C freezer in the first bay on the second shelf from the top.
