Custom Array

The acquisition of a Nimblegen Hybridization Station (4-bay) gives the CGRB Core Lab the ability to process high density arrays such as those available from Nimblegen.  Contact Caprice Rosato for information about using this service.

Processing Nimblegen Microarrays

The 4-bay Nimblegen hybriization station is designed to provide optimal hybridzation on high density arrays fabricated by Nimblegen.  The Nimblegen hybridization station uses a mixer for uniform distribution of sample across the array, and any array (commercially available or spotted in-house) that conforms to the dimensions of one of the Nimblegen mixers can be hybridized using this instrument.  Labeling, hybridization, scanning and data extraction procedures can be provided as a full service or as a partial service according to the needs of the researcher.

Custom Spotted Microarrays

Custom microarrays can be fabricated by spotting researchers samples (oligos or PCR products) onto glass slides.
