Data Retrieval
- Data can be downloaded via our server after you login.
- If you do not have access at the time you need the data, it can be emailed in ZIP (PC) or HQX (Mac) format. The files are quite large and some email programs have a filter disallowing transfer.
- Data is archived on our servers for 3-6 months and then transferred to a CD or DVD hardcopy. CD/DVD copies are held for up to 3 years.
- Ultimately researchers are responsible for the integrity of their previously collected data, though we will help when possible.
- On rare occasions a typographical error will lead your inability to get your data from the server. If you suspect this is happening, contact Caprice Rosato.
