Plate Records

- Forms can be downloaded after logging into the CGRB Web Ordering site
- Properly filled out forms are important for data integrity
- For each plate record submitted:
- The first 3 rows should remain unchanged
- Column A (well info) should not be changed
- Column B (sample name, requird). The sample name must be filled down for each of the five rows.
- Use only letters and numbers; no spaces or sysmbols
- Column C should not be changed
- Column D (standard): 4 for dye set D, 5 for G5.
- Column E: Fill down either D or G5
- Column F and G: must contain some alphanumeric information. These are good locations to add information you wish to be carried with each sample name (i.e. primer names, dilution factors, etc.).
