  • Forms can be downloaded after logging into the CGRB Web Ordering site
  • Properly filled out forms are important for data integrity
    • For each plate record submitted:
      • The first 3 rows should remain unchanged
      • Column A (well info) should not be changed
      • Column B (sample name, requird). The sample name must be filled down for each of the five rows.
      • Use only letters and numbers; no spaces or sysmbols
      • Column C should not be changed
      • Column D (standard): 4 for dye set D, 5 for G5.
      • Column E: Fill down either D or G5
      • Column F and G: must contain some alphanumeric information. These are good locations to add information you wish to be carried with each sample name (i.e. primer names, dilution factors, etc.).
