• Researcher-defined sample running and analysis methods
• Excel file attached

Sample Submission

• Sample volumes 0.5 to 1.5 µl
• Dried down sample is OK
• Sample charged in multiples of 16
• Properly labeled 96 or 384 well plate that is compatible with ABI 3100 machines (96-well plate ABI: #N801-0560; ISC: #T-3085-1; Phenix: MSP-3590; 384-well plate: ABI #4305505)
