Rerun Policy
- We will rerun samples which failed due to machine error, as long as workload is not exceptionally high. As the capillary arrays age, they are more subject to individual capillary errors.
- You are not charged for mechanically-based reruns.
- If reruns are necessary to complete a data set, the turnaround time may be delayed.
- You may expedite your order by requesting ‘no reruns' in the comments sections of your web order.
- It is often the case that impure samples (link to sample quality) will cause a capillary to fail more than once. These reruns are done at the discretion of the CGRB staff.
