Scott Givan (scott@cgrb.oregonstate.edu), Assistant Professor in the Department of Botany and Plant Pathology, serves as Bioinformatics Coordinator for the CGRB. Caprice Rosato (caprice@cgrb.oregonstate.edu), is in charge of the Custom Microarray service. This service includes processing high density NimbleGen arrays using the NimbleGen Hybridization System and spotting DNA custom microarrays onto glass slides. Laboratories interested in full or partial custom microarray services should consult with Caprice prior to experimental design. |
