Microarray Scanner

The CGRB Core Lab maintains an Axon GenePix 4200A scanner with two lasers, red and green.  It is capable of scanning microarrays at a maximum resolution of 5 microns which is suitable for most arrays including the high density Nimblegen microarrays (e.g. H2D).  Contact Caprice Rosato for access to this instrument.
