DNA Sequencing

The CGRB Core Laboratories operate an ABI 3730 capillary sequence machine. The DNA Sequencing service offers set-up of chain-termination reactions, robotic analysis on an ABI 3730, and electronic delivery of sequence data.

We offer three types of sequencing - standard, economy bulk and full service bulk. With standard sequencing, we perform the cycle sequencing reaction. Economy Bulk sequencing is available at a discounted price for those who have many samples and perform the cycle sequencing reaction themselves. Full Service Bulk is the same as standard sequencing, but there is a volume price discount.
