DNA Sequencing Services

Services include gel filtration cleanup of fragment analysis samples. We use sephadex G-50 superfine, which will remove salts and other small molecule contaminants.

Cleanup is charged per each set of 48 samples. Samples are eluted into an approved (fits onto 3100 instrument) ABI semi-skirted plate. Plate can be supplied by the user or by the Core Lab for an additional charge. Samples that need to be cleaned should be placed in the labeled box in the refrigerator at the entrance of the Core Lab.
