Computer and Network Support
Computer support is available for questions pertaining to CGRB provided services at
CGRB Support. These services include:
- problems when using data acquisition computers in the Core Labs.
- accounts for the Core Labs Ordering Website.
- accounts for the CGRB Bioinformatics Website.
- bugs encountered when using the above applications.
- issues related to CGRB-sponsored email lists.
- problems connecting to biocomputing resources.
If you determine that your computer has been compromised, please notify us so that we can take measures to safeguard our resources.
We do not provide support for computers residing in other labs with the exception of X-Windows clients required to connect to some biocomputing applications. This procedure can be complicated and we do not expect other DCAs to be able to properly configure this software.
