Hands-on qRT-PCR training, 11-30-2007

Applied Biosystems personnel conducted a workshop to follow-up their presentation on September 18, 2007. This workshop lasted one day with lecture portions open to all interested researchers and closed portions for hand-on lab work.  RNA extraction and sample preparation was followed by a qRT-PCR run.  An overview of the data was presented at the completion of the run, and a more complete data analysis was sent to participants as a PowerPoint document.
